To make the Evolve teardrop trailers lightweight, Scott Trailers Mfg creates the frame, superstructure,  body panels, and fenders all out of structural aluminum. All frames of the trailers are placed into jigs to eliminate defects in craftsmanship and to produce your Evolve trailer quickly and efficiently.
Lightweight and durable are the key elements of the Evolve trailers. These are essential components of our trailers to match the ever-changing transportation industry.

Available on the Evolve Traverse model, the batteries, solar charger, and inverter are neatly tucked away at the rear of the trailer, under the kitchen. This also has the advantage of keeping the tongue weight of the trailer down for smooth, easy towing. On the Evolve Outing model, the batteries are stored in a box attached on the tongue at the front of the trailer.

Each trailer comes with a queen size mattress. The 4 1/2″ inch mattress is foldable to turn it into a sofa. 

The interior cabinetry has room for all the clothes and items you’ll need on your travels. The two separate compartments up top are ideal for smaller items such as socks, tshirts, and underclothing. The larger compartment below can hold larger items such as pants, sweatshirts and jackets. Of course, an optional tv is available to keep you entertained.

We offer 2 different models: The Traverse and the Outing. We give you the ability to choose what extra features you require and the ability to customize your trailer to your taste. The Evolve teardrop trailer is made to suit your style and needs.
